If you see a "restricted" message when trying to sign up to a program in the app, it means the program has been set to private by the coach and you are not on the access list. This is easy to fix.

You are trying to subscribe to a program but are getting a restricted access error
You have a link to a program but cannot sign up
βοΈ Why this happens
The coach has set the program to private, which means only clients on an approved access list can join. You are seeing this message because your email address has not yet been added to that list.
π₯ How to fix it
Contact your coach and let them know you are getting a restricted access error
Ask them to go to the Program > Settings tab > Accessibility section
They can add your email address to the access list from there
Once added, try signing up to the program again
