Why Can't I See a Track I Was Following? (Client)

If a track has disappeared from your program, your coach has likely archived or deleted it. Here is what happened and what to do.

If a track you were following has disappeared from your program calendar, your coach has either archived or deleted it.


βš™οΈ What happened

  • Archived track: The coach has hidden the track temporarily. Your past workout history from that track is still accessible in Workout History, but it no longer appears on your active calendar. The coach can restore it at any time.

  • Deleted track: The track has been permanently removed. Past sessions you completed on it remain in your Workout History, but the track cannot be restored.


πŸ–₯ What to do

Contact your coach and ask them to check whether the track was archived, and if so, to restore it. If you want to continue following a different variation of the program, ask your coach which track is best to switch to.
