If you are seeing a "Restricted Access" message when trying to sign up to a program, it means the program is set to private and you are not on the approved access list.
π₯ How to fix it
Contact your coach and ask them to add you to the program's access list. Your coach needs to:
Open the program in their coach dashboard
Go to the Settings tab
Scroll down to Accessibility
Check that your email address is on the approved list and if not, add it
Once added, try signing up to the program again.
