Limit or Block Program Access to Specific Clients (Coach)

How to limit or block access to a FITR program so only specific email addresses or current clients can sign up.

You can restrict which clients can access a program by setting it to private and specifying a list of allowed email addresses.


πŸ–₯ How to restrict access

  1. Open the program and go to Settings

  2. Scroll to the Accessibility section

  3. Switch the program to Private

  4. Add the email addresses of the clients you want to allow

  5. Save

Only clients whose email addresses are on the list will be able to access the program. Anyone else will see a permission error.


⚠️ Before you start

Make sure you use the exact email address the client used to register their FITR account. If a client has multiple accounts, you may need to add more than one email.
