How to find and access a training program on FITR via email invite, program link, or coach storefront including what to do if you can't find the link or the program isn't showing up.

FITR programs are not searchable inside the app, you cannot browse a directory of coaches or programs. To access a training program, you need a link from your coach. Here is how that works and where to look if you are trying to find a program.

πŸ“§ Email invite

Your coach may have sent you a direct invite by email. Check your inbox β€” and your spam folder β€” for an email from your coach or from FITR. The email will contain a button or link to sign up. Click it, log in or create a FITR account, and your program will be ready.

Every FITR program has its own unique sign-up link. Coaches typically share these on social media, in WhatsApp groups, in newsletters, or directly in a conversation. If your coach has shared a link with you, click it β€” you will land on the program's sign-up page where you can subscribe or download.

πŸͺ Coach storefront

Every coach on FITR has their own storefront page where all their available programs are listed. Coaches usually share their storefront link on Instagram, their website, or in their bio. If you have the storefront link, open it in a browser and you will be able to browse and sign up from there.

I cannot find the link my coach sent

  • Check your spam or junk folder for an invite email. If you still cannot find it, contact your coach directly and ask them to resend the program link or invite.

I clicked the link and signed up, but the program is not in my app

  • Make sure you are logged into the app with the same email address you used when you clicked the sign-up link. If you accidentally created a new account or signed in with a different email, the program will not appear. Log out and back in with the correct email.

The program link is not working

  • The coach may have paused sign-ups or the link may have expired. Contact your coach and ask them for a working link or to resend your invite.

I cannot find my coach's storefront

  • Ask your coach to share their storefront link directly. They can find it in their FITR dashboard under their profile or storefront settings.
