I Can't See My Training Program (Client)

A step-by-step checklist for clients who have signed up to a program but cannot see it in the FITR app.

If you have signed up to a program but cannot see it in the app, work through the checks below. Most issues are resolved by one of these steps.


πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • You subscribed to or downloaded a program but it is not appearing in your app

  • Your program list is empty or a program you signed up to is missing

  • You can see the program but there is no training on your calendar


πŸ”§ Work through these checks in order

Check 1 β€” Are you logged in with the right email?

The most common reason a program does not appear is being logged in with a different email address from the one used to sign up. Log out of the app, then log back in using exactly the same email you used when you subscribed or accepted the invite.

Check 2 β€” Do you need to set a start date?

For Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs, you need to choose a start date before training appears on your calendar.

  1. Go to your Program library in the app

  2. If the program is listed, tap into it

  3. If you see a Start my Program button, tap it and select your start date

If the button says Go to Calendar, your start date is already set move to the next check.

Check 3 β€” Has your coach added training content?

If your start date is set but the calendar is empty, the program may be live but not yet have any sessions written in it. Contact your coach and ask them to confirm whether training has been added. This is more common than you might expect β€” especially on new programs.

Check 4 β€” Are you in a free trial?

During a free trial, you can only see training up to the end of your trial period. Once your first payment goes through, any training beyond that point will appear automatically.

Check 5 β€” Is it a Group Rolling Calendar program?

If your coach runs a Group Rolling Calendar program, you join at today's date. You will not see any past sessions from before you joined β€” this is expected. Your training starts from today's session.
