How to update your payment method or billing details on your FITR client account via the web browser.

You can update your saved payment method or add a new card to your FITR client account from the billing section. This must be done via the web browser and not the mobile app.

  • Your card has expired and payments are failing

  • You want to switch to a different card

  • You need to update your billing address or contact details


πŸ–₯ How to update your billing information

  1. Click your avatar icon in the top-right corner

  2. Select Billing

  3. Click Add new payment information to add a new card

  4. To update your personal details (name, address), click the pencil icon

I cannot delete my only payment method

  • You cannot remove a payment method while you have an active subscription. Add a new card first, then delete the old one.
