You can update your payment card or billing details from the Billing section of your account. This applies to both coaches (FITR subscription payments) and clients (program subscription payments).

Log in at app.fitr.training
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
Select Billing
Go to the Payment Methods tab
Click Add new payment information to add a new card
To update your billing address, click the pencil icon next to your details. Note: the Update button only edits your billing address - to change your card you need to add a new one.
π§ Troubleshooting
I cannot delete my only card
You cannot remove a payment method while you have an active subscription. Add the new card first, then delete the old one.
Will my subscription automatically use the new card?
Yes, once your new card is set as the default, future payments will charge it automatically.
