Reset or Update Your Password (Coach and Client)

How to update or reset your FITR password - for coaches via Profile settings, for clients via the app, and via the forgot password link.

You can update or reset your password from within your account, or use the forgot password flow if you are locked out.


πŸ–₯ Update your password (Coach)

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner

  2. Go to My Accounts, then My Profile

  3. Scroll down to the Change Password section and update it


πŸ“± Update your password (Client)

  1. Open the FITR Client App and go to your Profile

  2. Tap Account

Select the option to change your password


πŸ”§ Forgot your password?

Go to app.fitr.training/onboarding/forgot_password and enter your email address. If an account exists for that email, you will receive a reset link.

  • You are not receiving the password reset email
