What Happens to My Clients If I Archive a Track? (Coach)

What happens to your clients' training and history when you archive or delete a track in FITR.

Updated today

If you archive or delete a track, your clients will no longer see that track's training on their calendar going forward. Their past session history from the archived track is still visible in their workout history. If you restore the track, it becomes visible to clients again.

πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • You want to understand the client impact before archiving a track

  • You have already archived a track and a client is asking where their training went

βš™οΈ What happens when you archive a track

  • Clients can no longer see the track on their calendar - future sessions from the archived track are hidden

  • Past history is preserved - completed sessions from the archived track remain visible in the client's workout history

  • Restoring the track makes it visible again - simply republish or restore the track and clients will see it in their calendar again

πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

A client says their training has disappeared after I archived a track

  • Their calendar training will be gone but past sessions are still in their workout history. If you need to restore their access, republish the archived track.
