Archiving and Restoring a Track (Coach)

How archiving a track works — what it does to client visibility, how to archive a track, and how to restore it.

Updated today

Archiving a track hides it from clients without deleting it. It is useful for building a track privately before making it live, or temporarily removing a track you are updating.

⚙️ What archiving does

  • Archived tracks are not visible to clients on their calendar

  • Clients' past sessions and performance notes from the archived track remain accessible in their Workout History

  • Archived tracks do not count towards your 15-track published limit

  • The primary track (the first track created with the program) cannot be archived

🖥 How to archive a track

  1. Open the program and locate the track in the track list

  2. Click Archive next to the track name

The track will move below the published tracks in your list and will no longer be visible to clients.

🖥 How to restore an archived track

  1. In your track list, find the archived track below the dividing line

  2. Select it to open it

  3. Click Restore — the track immediately becomes visible to clients again
