If you downgrade from the PRO Plan to the Free Plan, you lose access to the Tracks feature, but none of your track content is deleted. Everything is saved and will be fully accessible again when you upgrade.
βοΈ What happens when you downgrade
As a coach: You can no longer view, edit, or create tracks. The tracks and all programming within them are safely stored.
For clients: Track options disappear from their calendar. Past sessions they completed on any track remain accessible in their Workout History.
When you upgrade again: All tracks and content reappear exactly as they were. Nothing is lost.
