You can invite additional coaches to work within your account. Invited coaches do not need their own separate FITR subscription, they access everything through your account.
📋 When to use this
You want to bring on a team member or co-coach to help manage clients or programming
You want to give another coach access to specific programs under your account
⚠️ Before you start
You cannot invite someone using an email already linked to a client account in FITR. If the person has a client account, use a + alias (e.g.
[email protected]) — emails to the alias arrive in their normal inboxIf the person already has their own coach account, use the email linked to that account
Anyone switching between their client and coach login must log out of one before logging into the other
🖥 How to invite an additional coach
Log in and click your avatar in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Open the Coaches tab
Click Invite a Coach
Enter their email address and send the invitation
The invited coach will receive an email to accept. Once accepted, they can log in and access your account.
