Permissions and Restrictions for Invited Coaches (Coach)

What invited coaches can and cannot do in FITR — programming access is full, but admin actions like pricing, storefront editing, and data export are restricted to the account owner.

Invited coaches have access to most programming functions but are restricted from a small set of administrative actions to protect account integrity.


⚙️ What invited coaches can do

  • Create, edit, and manage training programs within your account

  • View and respond to client performance notes

  • Message clients


⚠️ What invited coaches cannot do

  • Change program pricing — only the account owner can adjust prices

  • Edit the Storefront — only the account owner can change the public-facing page

  • Export client data

  • Cancel client subscriptions

  • Close communities

  • Access billing or subscription settings


⚙️ Client re-enrolment

Coaches cannot directly re-enrol a client into a program. Clients must accept their own invitation and subscribe themselves. This prevents unintended charges and ensures the client has actively consented.
