Coach and client accounts in FITR are completely separate and require different email addresses. Here is how to manage both effectively and resolve the most common account and subscription issues.

Use separate emails for each account type
FITR does not allow the same email address for both a coach and a client account. If you need both, use a + alias for one — e.g.
[email protected]for coaching and[email protected]for a client account. All emails arrive in the same inbox
Always log out before switching account types
Session conflicts are the most common cause of login problems when managing both account types. Log out fully from one before logging into the other
Duplicate client accounts
If a client appears twice (e.g. manually added and also invited by email), identify which account holds their active data and remove the duplicate from the program

Subscription cancelled due to failed payment
The client needs to resubscribe themselves. They should log into their client account, go to Billing > Past Programs, find the program, and subscribe again
Client cannot log in
