Change Your Program Start Date (Client)

How to change or reschedule your program start date on FITR — for Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs via the web browser.

You can change the start date of a program that has not yet started or reschedule a Fixed Length or Session 1 Day 1 program you are already on. This is done via the web browser, not the mobile app.


📋 When to use this

  • You set a future start date when signing up but now want to change it

  • You want to move your Fixed Length program to a new start date


⚠️ Before you start

  • This applies to Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs only — Group Rolling Calendar programs do not have a start date

  • Must be done via web browser at app.fitr.training


🖥 How to change your start date

  1. Go to your profile menu and select Billing

  2. Open My Purchases

  3. Find the program and click the ... menu

  4. Select Start Program or Reschedule

  5. Choose your new start date and confirm


🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs

I cannot see a Reschedule or Start Program option

  • The option only appears for Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs. If you are on a Group Rolling Calendar program, your training starts from the current date automatically and cannot be rescheduled.

I have finished the program and want to restart it from Day 1

  • Go to My Purchases, find the completed program, and select Reuse. This lets you pick a fresh start date and run through the program again.
