Once you have completed a Fixed Length program, you can restart it from the beginning whenever you like. Your previous performances and notes are saved and will not be affected.
π When to use this
You have finished a Fixed Length program and want to go through it again
You want to set a new start date to restart the program from Day 1
You want to confirm that your previous results will be preserved
β οΈ Before you start
The program must be completed before you can reuse it. If it is still active in your calendar, use the reschedule option instead
You must be logged in to your FITR client account
π₯ Step-by-step instructions
Log in at app.fitr.training
Go to your profile picture and select Billing
Select My Purchases
Find the completed program and click the ... menu
Select Reuse
Pick a new start date and confirm - your program will restart from Day 1
π§ Troubleshooting and FAQs
I can't see the Reuse option
Cause: The program is still active in your calendar - Reuse only appears once the program has finished.
Fix: If you want to move the program to a different date while it is still active, use the Reschedule option instead.
Will my old results be deleted when I restart?
No - all previous performances, notes, and Personal Records from your first run are saved permanently and will not be affected.
