How to pre-sell Group Rolling Calendar and Session 1 Day 1 programs with a launch date, so clients can register now but only be charged when the program starts.

You can pre-sell Group Rolling Calendar and Session 1 Day 1 programs before they launch. Clients can sign up and register ahead of time but will not be charged until the launch date you set.

  • You want to build a waitlist or sell early access before a program goes live

  • You want all clients to start on the same date and pay at the same time

  • You are launching a new group program and want to generate sign-ups in advance


⚠️ Before you start

  • Launch dates are only available for Group Rolling Calendar and Session 1 Day 1 program types

  • Fixed Length programs do not support launch dates

  • Once a client has signed up, the launch date cannot be changed

  • If you add a free trial period to a program with a launch date, the trial only applies to sign-ups that happen after the launch date


πŸ–₯ How to set a launch date

  1. Go to Programs and create a new Group Rolling Calendar or Session 1 Day 1 program

  2. In the program creation wizard, look for the Launch Date option

  3. Set the date you want all clients to be charged and start training

  4. Complete the rest of your program setup and publish


βš™οΈ How it works once published

  • Clients who sign up before the launch date will not be charged immediately - they sit in a Scheduled tab in your program area

  • On the launch date, all scheduled clients are charged at the same time and move to the Active tab

  • After the launch date, new sign-ups are charged immediately as normal

I need to change the launch date but clients have already signed up

  • Once a client has signed up to a program with a launch date, the date is locked and cannot be changed. Contact FITR Support if you need to discuss options.

A pre-registered client was charged before the launch date

  • This should not happen. Contact FITR Support immediately with the client's email and payment details.
