FITR has four program types, each suited to different coaching styles and delivery models. Choosing the right type upfront matters, it affects how clients access training, how billing works, and how you build content.
⚙️ The four program types
Group Rolling Calendar (GRC) — All subscribers follow the same live training calendar. When you add a session on Monday, everyone on the program sees it that day. Best for coaches delivering real-time group programming.
Session 1 Day 1 (S1D1) — Clients start at Session 1 Day 1 whenever they join, regardless of the date. They follow the program at their own pace. Best for evergreen programs where clients can join at any time and start from the beginning.
Fixed Length — A finite program with a set number of weeks. Clients purchase it once (one-off payment, not a subscription) and get access to the full content from a start date they set. Best for structured courses, challenges, or periodised plans.
1-2-1 — Each client has their own individual training calendar. You build and adjust programming specifically for that person. Best for personal training or bespoke coaching where every client needs a tailored plan.
