Reschedule a Client's Program Position (Coach)

How to move a client to a different week and day in a Session 1 Day 1 program, including how to clear future programming when rescheduling.

You can move a client to a different point in their program directly from your coach dashboard. This is most commonly used when a client has taken a break and needs to be set back to the right week, or when they have progressed ahead of where they should be.

  • A client has taken time off and needs to be moved back to the correct week and day

  • A client has accidentally moved to the wrong point in the program

  • You want to align a client's position to match the rest of a group

  • A 1-2-1 client needs their calendar dates adjusted


⚠️ Before you start

  • For Session 1 Day 1 programs, you can move a client to any week and day in the program

  • For 1-2-1 programs, rescheduling works differently β€” you can move sessions directly on the client's calendar

  • Rescheduling is not available on Fixed Length or Group Rolling Calendar programs β€” clients on GRC always follow the current calendar date, and Fixed Length clients manage their own start dates

  • If you clear future programming when rescheduling, any performance notes on those future days will be permanently deleted


πŸ–₯ How to reschedule a client on a Session 1 Day 1 program

  1. Go to your Session 1 Day 1 program

  2. Find the client in the Active clients tab

  3. Click the Reschedule icon next to their name

  4. Enter the Week and Day number you want to move them to

  5. Choose whether to clear future programming β€” do this if moving a client back and you do not want them to retain access to content ahead of their new position

  6. Click Confirm


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

I moved the client to the wrong week by accident

  • Reschedule them again to the correct week. If you also cleared future programming during the first reschedule, that content cannot be recovered, and you will need to re-add it.

The client cannot see the new training after rescheduling

  • Session 1 Day 1 programs sync once per day, just after midnight. The client may need to wait until the next day's refresh. Ask them to close and reopen the app, and if it still does not update, the sync should complete overnight.

Can I reschedule a client on a Fixed Length program?

  • Not in the same way. Fixed Length clients set their own start date and can reschedule themselves. You cannot directly move their position, but you can guide them to do it themselves from their program settings.
