When a client joins a program, they can only see training from their subscription start date onwards. They cannot access sessions that were scheduled before they joined.
📋 When to use this
A client has just joined and is asking why they cannot see earlier sessions
You want to understand how training visibility works when clients join mid-cycle
⚙️ How it works by program type
Group Rolling Calendar: Clients join at the current date and see training from that point forward. Sessions delivered before they subscribed are not visible to them.
Session 1 Day 1: Clients start from Session 1 Day 1 regardless of when they join — they are not missing past content, they just begin at the beginning.
Fixed Length: Clients see the full program from Day 1 once they set their start date. If they join a program that is already partially progressed (e.g. Week 8 of 12), they can still see all weeks from Day 1 of their start date — Fixed Length is not date-locked.
1-2-1: The coach controls what appears on the client's calendar. Past sessions added before the client joined are not visible unless the coach explicitly adds them to the client's calendar after they join.
🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs
A client says they are missing sessions they should have access to
Check the program type and confirm whether the sessions in question were scheduled before or after their subscription start date. If the sessions should be visible and are not, contact FITR Support with the client's email and program name.
