In Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs, training is organised into 4-week blocks. You can jump between blocks quickly using the week selector at the top of the schedule.
📋 When to use this
You want to jump to a specific week or 4-week block in your program
You need to add programming to a future block without scrolling week by week
You want to insert templates across different blocks of training
🖥 How to navigate between weeks
Open your Fixed Length or Session 1 Day 1 program
At the top of the schedule, click the week number
A dropdown will appear showing all available 4-week blocks
Select the block you want to jump to
As you add more weeks to the program, new blocks automatically appear in the dropdown.
✏️ What you can do across blocks
Insert saved templates into any 4-week block
Copy, cut, and paste sessions across blocks
Add or extend programming to future blocks before clients reach them
