How to navigate between 4-week blocks in Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs using the week selector in the schedule view.

In Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs, training is organised into 4-week blocks. You can jump between blocks quickly using the week selector at the top of the schedule.

  • You want to jump to a specific week or 4-week block in your program

  • You need to add programming to a future block without scrolling week by week

  • You want to insert templates across different blocks of training


πŸ–₯ How to navigate between weeks

  1. Open your Fixed Length or Session 1 Day 1 program

  2. At the top of the schedule, click the week number

  3. A dropdown will appear showing all available 4-week blocks

  4. Select the block you want to jump to

As you add more weeks to the program, new blocks automatically appear in the dropdown.


✏️ What you can do across blocks

  • Insert saved templates into any 4-week block

  • Copy, cut, and paste sessions across blocks

  • Add or extend programming to future blocks before clients reach them
