You can delete an account on the FITR platform. Before deleting, consider whether simply cancelling your subscription is a better option - your data stays intact and you can return at any time.
π± Delete a client account
Open the FITR Client App and tap your display icon in the top-right corner
Go to Profile
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete My Account
Deleting your client account permanently removes all training history, Personal Records, and performance data. This cannot be undone. You can cancel any program subscriptions and leave your account dormant instead β client accounts remain free to keep.
π₯ Delete a coach account
Cancel all active client subscriptions first β the account cannot be deleted while active subscriptions exist
Go to Settings > Subscription
Select Cancel Subscription
Once cancelled, the Delete account button will appear
Type DELETE in the confirmation field and confirm
Deleting a coach account permanently erases all programs, resources, templates, and client data. Consider cancelling your subscription instead, and your account will go dormant at no charge and everything will be waiting when you return.
