Delete Your Client or Coach Account (Coach and Client)

How to delete a client or coach account on FITR - steps for each account type, and why cancelling instead of deleting is usually the better option.

You can delete an account on the FITR platform. Before deleting, consider whether simply cancelling your subscription is a better option - your data stays intact and you can return at any time.


πŸ“± Delete a client account

  1. Open the FITR Client App and tap your display icon in the top-right corner

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete My Account

Deleting your client account permanently removes all training history, Personal Records, and performance data. This cannot be undone. You can cancel any program subscriptions and leave your account dormant instead β€” client accounts remain free to keep.

  1. Cancel all active client subscriptions first β€” the account cannot be deleted while active subscriptions exist

  2. Go to Settings > Subscription

  3. Select Cancel Subscription

  4. Once cancelled, the Delete account button will appear

  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and confirm

Deleting a coach account permanently erases all programs, resources, templates, and client data. Consider cancelling your subscription instead, and your account will go dormant at no charge and everything will be waiting when you return.
