Cancel Your Coaching Account Subscription (Coach)

How to cancel your FITR coaching account subscription, and what happens to your data, steps to cancel, and how to return later.

Cancelling your coaching account subscription puts it into a hibernated state, where all your programs, resources, templates, and client history are preserved. You can resubscribe and pick up exactly where you left off at any time.


⚠️ Before you cancel

You need to cancel any active client subscriptions before the option to cancel your coach account becomes available. Active clients are those on subscription-based programs (not Fixed Length). See Cancel a client's subscription for steps.


πŸ–₯ How to cancel your coaching subscription

  1. Click your avatar and go to Settings

  2. Open the Subscription tab

  3. Select Cancel Subscription

You keep access to your coach account until the end of your current billing period. Everything inside the account is saved for when you return.

If you are still in your free trial and have not entered payment details, you do not need to do anything - your access will stop automatically at the end of the trial and you will not be charged.
