Deleting your FITR account is permanent. All data; programs, subscriptions, payment details, and client records is immediately and irreversibly removed. There is no recovery option.
⚠️ Before you delete — consider cancelling instead
If you just want to stop being charged, cancelling your subscription is a better option. Cancelling pauses billing but keeps all your data intact. You can reactivate at any time and pick up where you left off.

Your coach or client account and login credentials
All programs, content, and client data
Payment details and subscription records
Any associated Stripe data linked through FITR
Once deleted, no further charges will be made. But none of the data above can be recovered.
🔧 Troubleshooting — "Account does not exist"
If you are seeing this message, it usually means one of two things:
Wrong email: Check you are using the exact email you registered with. If you used a + alias at signup (e.g.
[email protected]), try logging in with thatAccount was deleted: If the account was accidentally deleted, unfortunately the data cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account
