Every client in your FITR account has a status that tells you where they are in their journey with your program. Here is what each one means.
⚙️ Client statuses explained
Active — The client has an active subscription or is mid-way through a program. They have access to training and can log sessions.
Needs Training — The client is active but has fewer than 3 days of training scheduled ahead in their calendar. This is a prompt for you to add more content to their schedule.
Pending — The client has been invited but has not yet accepted. They cannot access any training until they accept the invite.
Program Finished — The client has reached the end of a Fixed Length program. They no longer have active training scheduled, but their history is preserved.
Cancelled by Coach — You have ended this client's subscription. They no longer have access to the program.
Deleted User — The client has deleted their own FITR account. Their data is no longer accessible.
Invalid Account — The client's email address is registered as a coach account in FITR. They cannot be added as a client using this email.
