Managing Your Free Trial Period (Coach)

How to get another trial on FITR — options for resetting a general account trial and how to request a coach trial extension.

FITR's free trial lasts 14 days. After that, if you want to keep using your account but are not ready to subscribe, you have two options depending on your situation.


⚙️ Wanting another trial period — general accounts

FITR trials are one per account. If you want to access a fresh trial, you would need to delete your existing account and create a new one. Note that deleting your account permanently removes all data — programs, clients, and settings — with no recovery option.

If you just want to stop being billed, cancelling your subscription is the better choice — it keeps your data intact and lets you return later. See: Cancel my coaching account subscription


⚙️ Extending a coach trial

In certain cases — for example, for HYROX affiliated coaches — FITR can extend the standard 14-day trial. To request an extension:

  1. Create your FITR coach account and start the trial

  2. Contact FITR Support via live chat or email, providing the email address used to sign up

  3. The team will review your request and extend the trial if eligible
