Resubscribe to a Training Program (Client)

How to resubscribe to a training program you were previously on, via Programs, My Purchases, or the mobile app.

If your subscription to a training program has lapsed or been cancelled, you can resubscribe yourself in a few steps. You do not need to contact your coach - you can do it directly from your account.


πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • Your subscription ended and you want to continue following the program

  • You cancelled a subscription and want to rejoin

  • You want to switch to a different subscription length after your current plan expires


⚠️ Before you start

  • You cannot resubscribe while an active subscription is already running - you must wait until it expires

  • This must be done via a web browser or the mobile app - not through the FITR website directly


πŸ–₯ How to resubscribe

Via Programs

  1. Go to Programs and select the Past tab

  2. Find the program and click Resume Subscription

Via My Purchases

  1. Go to your profile menu and select Billing > My Purchases

  2. Find the program in the list and click the action menu to the right

  3. Select Resume Subscription or Resubscribe

  1. Open the FITR app and go to your Profile

  2. Select My Programs and switch to the Past tab

  3. Tap the program and select Resume Subscription


πŸ”„ Switching to a different subscription length

After your subscription expires you can switch to a different plan length (for example from monthly to quarterly):

  1. Go to My Purchases

  2. Select More on the program

  3. Choose Change Subscription and select your preferred length

  • You are being charged but your subscription still shows as inactive
