Resume a Subscription to a Program (Client)

How to resume a cancelled program subscription from My Purchases, including what to do if the subscription was cancelled due to a failed payment.

If your subscription was cancelled - either by you or due to a failed payment - you can resume it from My Purchases. You will be guided through any payment required to get back on track.


📋 When to use this

  • Your subscription was cancelled due to a failed payment and you want to rejoin

  • You cancelled your subscription and have changed your mind

  • You want to restart a program you were previously following


🖥 How to resume your subscription

  1. Go to your profile menu and select Billing > My Purchases

  2. Find the program in your list and click the action menu to the right

  3. Select Resume and follow any payment prompts


🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs

My subscription was cancelled due to a failed payment

  • If a payment failed repeatedly, your subscription may have been cancelled automatically. Resume it using the steps above, or first update your payment method under Billing > Payment, then resume.

The Resume option is not appearing

  • You may still have an active subscription for this program - you cannot resume a subscription that is still running. If you believe your subscription has ended and the option is still missing, contact FITR Support.
