How to access My Purchases on FITR - your billing hub for transaction history, subscription management, and payment actions.

My Purchases is your billing hub as a client - it shows your transaction history and lets you manage your program subscriptions in one place.


πŸ–₯ Access via web

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. Go to Billing > My Purchases


πŸ“± Access via the Client App

  1. Go to your Profile

  2. Select My Programs

  3. Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Billing


βš™οΈ What you can do from My Purchases

  • Cancel a subscription

  • Resume or resubscribe to a program

  • Retry a missed payment

  • Reschedule your training calendar start date
