How to cancel your subscription to a training program on FITR, what happens to your access and training history after cancelling, and how to resubscribe later.

You can cancel your subscription to a FITR training program at any time. Cancelling is straightforward, takes less than a minute, and has to be done via a web browser rather than the mobile app.

⚠️ A few things to know first

  • Cancellation must be done via web browser at app.fitr.training β€” the option is not available in the mobile app

  • Your past training, performance notes, and Personal Records are always kept β€” none of that is deleted when you cancel

  • If your subscription is managed directly by your coach (not through FITR billing), contact your coach to cancel


πŸ–₯ How to cancel

  1. Click your profile picture in the top corner and select Billing

  2. Select My Purchases

  3. Find the program you want to cancel and click the More menu (three dots) to the right of it

  4. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm


πŸ’‘ What happens after you cancel

Your access β€” you keep full access to the program until the end of your current billing period. You are not cut off immediately.

Your training history β€” all past sessions, notes, and Personal Records stay in your account permanently. Cancelling a subscription never removes your history.

Future charges β€” no further payments are taken after cancellation. If you are mid-cycle, your final charge has already been taken and will not be refunded, but you keep access until that period ends.

Coming back β€” if you decide to resubscribe later, go to My Purchases, find the program, and select Resume Subscription. Your history will still be there.


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

I cannot see the Cancel Subscription option

  • If the option is not appearing, your subscription may be managed directly by your coach rather than through FITR's standard billing. Contact your coach directly to request cancellation.

I was charged after I cancelled

  • If you cancelled part-way through a billing period, the charge you received was for that current cycle β€” this is expected. Future charges stop from the next billing date. If you believe a charge was taken incorrectly after cancellation, contact FITR Support with the charge date and amount.

I cancelled the wrong program by mistake

  • Go to My Purchases and select Resume Subscription on the program. If your billing cycle has not ended yet, you will be resubscribed from that point.
