Can I Manually Resubscribe a Client to a Program? (Coach)

Coaches cannot resubscribe a client to a program directly. Learn how to re-invite a past client and how the client can resubscribe themselves.

No - coaches cannot manually resubscribe a client to a program on their behalf. Because resubscribing involves a payment commitment, the client must make that decision themselves. However, you can re-invite them and they can resubscribe in a couple of clicks.

  • A past client wants to return to one of your programs

  • A client's subscription lapsed and you want to get them back on


βš™οΈ How it works

Coaches invite - clients sign up. You can re-send an invite, but the client completes the resubscription themselves.

Option 1 - Re-invite the client

Send the client a new program invite using their email address. They will receive a link and can subscribe from there.

Option 2 - Client resubscribes from past programs

  1. Client logs in at app.fitr.training or opens the FITR app

  2. Go to Profile > My Programs

  3. Select the Past tab

  4. Find the program and click Resubscribe (paid) or Resume for free (free programs)
