Send Training to a Client Before They Join a Program (Coach)

How to build a client's training schedule in a 1-2-1 program before they have formally accepted their invite, and how this works across other program types.

Updated today

For 1-2-1 programs, you can start building a client's training schedule before they have formally joined. This lets you have everything ready to go the moment they accept their invite.

πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • You want to prepare a client's program in advance before sending their invite

  • You are onboarding a new 1-2-1 client and want their training ready from day one

πŸ–₯ How to add training before a client joins (1-2-1)

  1. Open your 1-2-1 program

  2. Click Add client and select Manually Add

  3. Enter the client's name and email address

  4. The client will appear in the Pending tab of the program

  5. Click the option to the right of their name to add training - this gives you access to their individual schedule before they have joined

  6. Build the training as needed

  7. When you are ready, click Send program invite to notify the client and give them access

βš™οΈ How it works for other program types

Fixed Length

Build the full training schedule before publishing the program. Clients receive all the content as soon as they download it. You can continue to update the schedule at any point.

Group Rolling Calendar and Session 1 Day 1

Once you have completed the Info and Pricing step in program creation, you can start adding programming to the calendar before inviting any clients. Clients only see the training once they join.
