Subscription-based program payments work like a rolling direct debit. Clients are charged on the same date each billing cycle, starting from their sign-up date, until they or you cancel.
βοΈ How billing works
Payment is taken on the same date each month (give or take a day or two) as the original sign-up. The billing date cannot be moved.
If a paid subscription is cancelled, the client keeps access until the end of the current billing period. For example, if they cancel on the 16th and the next payment would have been the 22nd, access continues until the 21st.
For free subscriptions there is no billing period, so access ends the following day after cancellation.
