It is not possible to change your subscription payment date on FITR. Payment dates are set automatically when you subscribe.

It is not currently possible to change the date your program subscription payment is taken. Payment dates are set automatically when a client subscribes and are tied to that billing cycle.

  • You want to change when your subscription payment is collected each month


βš™οΈ Why this is not possible

Payment dates in FITR are managed by Stripe and are set based on the date a client originally subscribed. There is currently no option to move this to a different date.

If you need to align your payment date with a specific day of the month, the only option is to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe on the preferred date.
