It is not possible to convert a free program directly into a paid one. However, you can clone the program and set a price on the copy - meaning you do not need to rebuild your content from scratch.
📋 When to use this
You created a free program to test the platform and now want to charge clients for it
You want to start charging for a program that was previously offered for free

Cloning programs requires a Professional plan
For Group Rolling Calendar or Custom programs, programming does not copy automatically but can be brought across using templates
🖥 How to clone and charge for a free program
Go to your Programs list
Click the ... more menu next to the free program
Select Clone
A draft copy of the program is created
Open the cloned program and set your price
Publish when ready
For Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs, all existing programming copies across automatically. For Group Rolling Calendar or Custom programs, use templates to bring the content across.
⚙️ Moving clients to the paid program
Clients on the original free program will need to subscribe to the new paid version. If the old program was subscription-based, cancel those subscriptions first. Once clients are moved, you can archive the original program to keep your program list tidy.
