Change a One-Off Program to a Subscription Model (Coach)

You cannot convert a Fixed Length program to a subscription model, but you can save your content as a template and apply it to a new subscription-based program.

Updated today

It is not possible to convert a Fixed Length (one-off) program into a subscription-based program. Each program type is built differently on FITR and cannot be switched after creation. However, you can reuse all of your existing content using templates.

πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • You created a Fixed Length program and now want it to run as a subscription

  • You want to understand your options for changing a program's billing model

βš™οΈ The workaround - use a template

You can save your existing Fixed Length program as a template and then apply that template to a brand new subscription-based program. This means you do not have to rebuild your content from scratch.

  1. Open your existing Fixed Length program

  2. Save the programming as a template

  3. Create a new program and select the appropriate subscription-based type

  4. Apply the saved template to bring across your content

See the related article below for full steps on using templates.
