When Will I Receive Payouts to My Bank Account? (Coach)

Understand when client payments are processed and paid out to your bank account, including payout schedules for different account types.

Payout timing depends on when your coaching account was created. Read the section below that applies to you.

βš™οΈ Payout schedules by account type

πŸ—“ Account created after 1 February 2022

Payouts are managed entirely by Stripe. You can set and adjust your payout frequency directly in your Stripe account. Contact Stripe Support for any questions about timing or schedule changes.

πŸ—“ Account created before 1 February 2022

Client transactions are processed on a 3-day rolling basis - it takes roughly 3 days from a client payment for the funds to become available for payout.

FITR processes payouts for these accounts every Wednesday. This gives the best chance of funds arriving before the weekend.

Transactions made on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday are likely to miss that week's Wednesday payout and will be included in the following week's payout instead.


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

My first payout is taking longer than expected

  • First payouts can take 7 to 14 days after the first successful client payment. Stripe performs initial verification checks on new accounts which can extend this timeline. This is normal.

A payout is missing from my bank statement

  • Fix: Check the Payouts tab in your dashboard and reconcile against your bank statement. Dates may differ by 1 to 2 days due to bank processing. If a payout is still missing after 14 days, contact FITR Support.
