If your Stripe payouts have stopped or are not arriving in your bank account, the steps to resolve this depend on when your coaching account was created.

π Account created after 1 February 2022
All payouts are managed directly by Stripe. FITR cannot investigate or adjust these on your behalf.
Log in to your Stripe account
Check your bank account details are correct and up to date
Check for any verification requests or outstanding identity checks
Review your payout status in the Stripe dashboard
If a payout has failed or is missing, contact Stripe Support directly
π Account created before 1 February 2022
Payouts may still be managed within FITR. Work through these steps:
Check that your identity information in your Payout settings matches exactly to the name on your bank account - mismatches will cause Stripe to block payouts
Contact your bank and ask if they have blocked any incoming payouts from Stripe
If the bank confirms blocked payouts, contact FITR Support with that information and we will investigate with Stripe on your behalf
If no payouts are blocked, reconcile the Payouts tab in your dashboard against your bank statements - dates may differ by 1 to 3 days due to processing, but amounts should match exactly
If a payout is very recent, allow up to 2 weeks before raising with support - processing delays from Stripe can occasionally occur
π§ Troubleshooting and FAQs
My first payout is taking a long time
First payouts typically take 7 to 14 days after the first successful client payment. This is a Stripe requirement and is normal. Subsequent payouts follow your payout schedule.
The amounts don't match my expected revenue
Remember that FITR's 5% transaction fee and any Stripe processing fees are deducted before payout. Check your Stripe dashboard for a full breakdown.
