Connecting Stripe to your FITR coach account is required before you can sell programs or receive client payments. It only needs to be done once and takes around 5 minutes to complete.
π When to use this
You are setting up your FITR coach account for the first time
You want to start charging clients for your programs
You have been prompted to connect Stripe when setting a program price
β οΈ Before you start
You will need a valid bank account to receive payouts
A new Stripe account is created specifically for your FITR coaching account - you cannot connect an existing standalone Stripe account
All program pricing and subscription management must be done inside FITR, not directly in Stripe
π₯ How to set up Stripe
Go to Settings in your coach dashboard
Select the Stripe or Payouts tab
Click Connect Stripe account
Follow the Stripe setup flow - you will be asked for your business details, bank account, and identity information
Once complete, you will be redirected back to FITR and Stripe will be linked

I already have a Stripe account - can I use it?
Not directly. FITR creates a new connected Stripe account during setup. However, you can manage multiple Stripe accounts under the same Stripe login using the account switcher in your Stripe dashboard.
Stripe is asking for identity verification
This is a standard requirement from Stripe for all new payment accounts. Have your ID and business details ready to complete verification.
