Re-invite a Past Client to a Program (Coach)

How to re-invite a past client to one of your programs, including a special process required for Fixed Length programs.

If a past client's subscription has ended and you want them to rejoin one of your programs, you can re-invite them the same way you would invite a new client. Alternatively, the client can resubscribe themselves directly from their account.

  • A past client wants to return to one of your programs

  • You want to re-invite a client whose subscription lapsed or was cancelled


πŸ–₯ Option 1 - Re-invite from your end

Send a new program invite to the client's email address, exactly as you would for a new client. They will receive an invite link and can rejoin from there.

πŸ–₯ Option 2 - Client resubscribes themselves

The client can go to My Programs > Past in their account and select Resume Subscription on the relevant program.


⚠️ Special case - Fixed Length programs

If the program the client is returning to is a Fixed Length type, contact FITR Support before re-inviting. Fixed Length programs are ordinarily retained permanently by clients after sign-up, so they may be on a blocked re-download list that needs to be cleared first.

The client received the invite but cannot rejoin

  • If it is a Fixed Length program, contact FITR Support with the client's email address so we can remove them from the blocked list.
