You can remove a client from a Fixed Length program at any time - for example if they signed up by accident or need to move to a different program.

  • A client subscribed to the wrong Fixed Length program and needs to be removed

  • You need to transfer a client to a different program and want to clear their current one first


⚠️ Before you start

  • This removes the client from the program entirely - they will lose access to that program's content

πŸ–₯ How to remove a client

  1. Go to your Programs list and click the relevant Fixed Length program

  2. Click the Clients: Active tab

  3. Click the red delete icon next to the client's name

  4. Confirm that you want to remove them from the program


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

I cannot see the delete icon next to the client's name

  • Make sure you are on the Active tab, not the Past or Scheduled tab. The delete option only appears for currently active clients.

The client needs a refund as well

  • After removing them, go to your dashboard and issue a refund from the payments section. See the related article below for full refund steps.
