If you want to change to a different payment option for a program (for example, switching from monthly to quarterly), you must do this yourself through your client account on the web. A coach cannot make this change for you inside Stripe as it will not sync correctly with FITR.

You want to switch to a longer or shorter subscription payment option
Your coach has added a new payment option to the program and you want to switch to it

This must be done via a web browser - it is not available in the mobile app
Your coach must not do this on your behalf inside Stripe - it will not sync properly with your FITR account
π₯ How to change your subscription option
Log in at app.fitr.training using a web browser
Go to Billing from your profile menu
Find the program subscription you want to change
Click More next to the program
Select Change Subscription
Choose your new subscription option and confirm
π§ Troubleshooting and FAQs
I can't see the Change Subscription option
Cause: You may be using the mobile app instead of a web browser, or your coach may not have multiple subscription options set up for that program.
Fix: Try on a desktop browser. If the option still does not appear, check with your coach that multiple payment options are available for the program.
