FITR lets you offer multiple billing frequencies on your programs, so clients can choose the payment schedule that works for them, and you can set prices at different intervals to incentivise longer commitments.

🖥 How to set subscription options on a program
Go to your program's Pricing settings
Enter a price and select a billing frequency from the dropdown
To offer multiple options, click Add subscription option and set a price and frequency for each.
Clients will see all available options at checkout and choose the one they want.
📋 How clients change their subscription option
If a client wants to switch to a different billing frequency after subscribing, they must do this themselves via the web browser — coaches must not change this in Stripe directly, as it will not sync correctly with FITR.

Goes to Billing
Finds the program and clicks More
Selects Change Subscription and picks the new option
🔧 Important rules
Fixed Length programs have a single set price and do not support multiple billing frequencies
To set a program as free, enter 0 in the price field
Only coaches on a trial or Unlimited plan can set multiple billing frequencies on a single program
Invited coaches cannot edit program prices
