How to Subscribe to a Program — Mobile Checkout (Client)

A walkthrough of the FITR mobile checkout process — from signing up to getting into the app.

Subscribing to a FITR program on mobile follows the same steps as web checkout. Here is what to expect.


📱 How mobile checkout works

  1. Log in or sign up — open the program link from your coach. If you already have a FITR account tap Log in, otherwise tap Sign Up and create one

  2. Choose a start date — for Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs, pick when you want to begin. Your payment is processed on that date and the program becomes available in the app then. Group Rolling Calendar programs start immediately

  3. Accept the waiver — if your coach has added a program waiver, accept it to proceed

  4. Enter payment details — add your card, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay if your device supports it. If you have a saved card from another program, you can select it here

  5. Done — download the FITR Client app from the App Store or Google Play and log in to access your training


🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs

I paid but cannot see the program in the app

  • If you set a future start date, the program will not appear until that date. Check your start date in Billing > My Purchases.
