If you accidentally created multiple client accounts on FITR, you can consolidate your programs and subscriptions into one account by following the steps below.
π When to use this
You have accidentally signed up with different email addresses and have multiple client accounts
Your programs are split across two accounts and you want everything in one place
β οΈ Before you start
Note down which programs you are following on each account
If you are on a Session 1 Day 1 program, note your current week and day so your coach can reschedule you accurately after you switch
Your coach may need to issue a partial refund for any billing overlap - make a note of relevant payment dates
π₯ How to merge your accounts
Choose which account to keep - decide which email you want as your primary account
Log in to your chosen account
Subscribe to the additional programs from your other account - use the original program link or ask your coach to send a new invite to your chosen email
Delete the account you no longer need - go to Settings and delete the unwanted account
Contact your coach to explain the situation and request any refund for billing overlap
If you were on a Session 1 Day 1 program on the old account, ask your coach to reschedule you to the correct week and day on your new account

Check your email inbox for any FITR welcome or payment emails. These will show which address was used to create each account.
