To follow a training program on FITR, you need a link from your coach — either a direct invite email or a link to their program page. You cannot search for programs inside the app. Everything starts with a link.
📋 When to use this
Your coach has sent you a link to their program and you want to sign up
You have found a coach's program storefront and want to subscribe
You have signed up but cannot find your program in the app
⚠️ Before you start
You need a free FITR client account to join any program. If you already have one from a previous coach, you can use the same account — no need to create a new one
Make sure you sign up using the same email address your coach used to invite you. Using a different email will mean your program does not appear in the app
🖥 How to subscribe or download a program
Follow the program link your coach sent you
You will see the program preview page. Click Subscribe, Download, or Get for Free depending on how the coach has set it up
Log in to your FITR client account, or create a new one if you do not have one yet
If payment is required, enter your card details. If you have a coupon code, enter it on this screen and click Update total before confirming
Once complete, you will see a confirmation screen. Download the FITR Client App and log in with the same email — your training will be ready
💡 What to expect after signing up
Where to find your training: Open the FITR Client App and log in with the same email you used to sign up. Your program will appear on your home screen or in My Programs.
When you can start: For most program types, you can start immediately after signing up. If it is a Group Rolling Calendar program with a launch date, you will be scheduled to start on that date.
What you can see: This depends on the program type. Fixed Length programs show all content from day one. Session 1 Day 1 programs show 7 days ahead. Group Rolling Calendar programs show from today's session. Your coach controls this.
🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs
I signed up but cannot see the program in the app
The most common reason is being logged in with a different email. Log out of the app and log back in using exactly the same email address you used to sign up. If you created a new account during sign-up, use those credentials rather than an older account.
The program link is not working or says it is unavailable
The coach may have paused sign-ups or the link may have expired. Contact your coach directly and ask them to share a working link or resend your invite.
I was charged but got no confirmation
Check your email (including spam) for a payment receipt. If the program is not appearing in your app either, contact FITR Support — it may be a processing issue.
