Here is what to expect when you sign up to a FITR program for the first time via the web, from finding the program to getting into the app.
🖥 How the checkout works (web)
Log in or sign up — open the program link from your coach. If you already have a FITR account, log in. If not, click Sign Up and create one
Choose a start date — for Fixed Length and Session 1 Day 1 programs, you can pick when you want to begin. Your payment is processed on the start date, and the program becomes available in the app then. Group Rolling Calendar programs start immediately
Accept the waiver — if your coach has set up a program waiver, you will need to accept it before proceeding
Enter payment details — add your card details. If you already have a saved card from another program, you can select it here
Done — download the FITR Client app from the App Store or Google Play and log in to access your training
🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs
I completed checkout but cannot see the program in the app
If you set a future start date, the program will not appear until that date. Check your start date in Billing > My Purchases.
