Tracks let you offer multiple content variations within a single program - for example different difficulty levels, specialisations, or add-on content. You can use them to build bundled offerings without requiring clients to subscribe to multiple separate programs.
π When to use this
You want to offer varied content (beginner, intermediate, advanced) under one subscription
You want to migrate clients from multiple programs into a single bundled program
You want to expand your product offering without creating new programs from scratch
βοΈ Three ways to use Tracks for bundles
Option 1 - Add tracks to an existing program
Add content from other programs as additional tracks within one existing program. Clients on that program get access to all tracks.
Option 2 - Build a new bundled program
Create a new program and use tracks to distinguish different content variations or offerings. Archive the separate old programs once clients are migrated across.
Option 3 - Leave programs as they are but add tracks
Keep your existing program structure but add optional tracks as add-on content within each program. Clients choose which track to follow.
You can adjust pricing to reflect the new bundle - charge more for the bundled program, reduce prices on individual programs, or both.
β οΈ Important notes
All tracks within a program must be the same program type - for example a Session 1 Day 1 program can only have Session 1 Day 1 tracks
To move clients from old programs to a new bundled program, clients need to unsubscribe from the old program and subscribe to the new one. Past training history remains accessible after unsubscribing
Returning clients will find re-subscribing faster than the first time since their payment details are already saved
