Moving from one program to another is straightforward. Cancel your existing subscription first, then subscribe to the new program using the same FITR client account. Your training history from the old program stays accessible.

You want to leave one program and join a different one
You are moving to a different coach or a new program from the same coach
π₯ How to switch programs
Cancel your current subscription β log in at app.fitr.training, go to Billing > My Purchases, find the program, click the More menu, and select Cancel Subscription. See the full cancellation guide if needed
If you are leaving multiple programs, cancel each one separately
Subscribe to the new program β follow the program link from your new coach and sign up. Because you already have a FITR account and saved payment details, this will be faster than your first sign-up
βοΈ What to know
Your history stays β all past training from your cancelled program remains accessible in your calendar and Workout History, as long as the coach has not deleted their account
Payment method β from October 2024, you need to assign a payment method for each coach you subscribe to, even if it is the same card. You may be prompted to confirm this when signing up to the new program
Access until billing ends β cancelling a subscription does not cut off your access immediately. You keep access until the end of your current paid period
